Currently, I serve as the Interim Pastor of the Clarksville Presbyterian Church, Clarksville, Virginia.

 


Rev. Judy A. Stanley

Born in Brazil and raised in Virginia, I graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College (Cum Laude) in 1974. I then pursued further theological training at McCormick and Garrett- Evangelical Theological Seminaries. I am currently enrolled at Virginia Theological Seminary and seek to complete Interim Ministry Training II in 2008.

My pastoral experiences include serving as a US Navy chaplain, both prison and hospice chaplain in addition to pastorates in Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia. And avid naturalist and conservationist, I hope to live out my days serving pastorates in Virginia.

I enjoy working with faith-based initiatives and ecumenical and ethnic task forces, public speaking, radio broadcasting and promoting and leading national and international mission trips.

My hobbies are reading, hiking, gardening and genealogy.
